Who it's for

Three reasons chiropractors
need credentialing right now.

Whether you just graduated, bought a practice, or moved states — the need is the same and the urgency is real. ChiroEnroll handles all three situations.

🎓
New DC Graduate

You just got your license. Now get paid.

You're ready to practice but you can't bill insurance patients until you're credentialed. Every week you wait is a week you work without getting paid by insurance.

CAQH setup from scratch
All major commercial payers
Medicare & Medicaid enrollment
Workers comp boards — your state
🏢
Practice Buyer

You bought a practice. Re-credential fast.

When you acquire a practice, every payer must be re-credentialed under your NPI and Tax ID. The previous owner's credentialing means nothing. You're starting from zero.

Full re-credentialing under your NPI
All existing payer relationships transferred
New group CAQH profile setup
Workers comp + PI panels maintained
📍
Moving States

You're relocating. Get set up before you arrive.

Moving your practice means re-credentialing with every payer in your new state. State-specific workers comp, Medicaid, and regional payers all require new applications.

New state payer landscape mapped
State Medicaid enrollment
New state workers comp board
License verification updated in CAQH
Why we built this

We watched chiropractors lose months of income to a system nobody had bothered to fix.

Every new DC we talked to had the same story. Graduated. Excited. Ready to practice. Then stuck waiting 90 days to bill a single insurance claim — while rent, student loans, and equipment costs kept coming.

The services that existed were built on outdated processes, hidden pricing, and zero technology. Nobody had built something specifically for chiropractors that was fast, transparent, and had a dashboard that actually showed you what was happening.

So we built it. ChiroEnroll is built specifically for DCs — not repurposed from general medical credentialing software. Every workflow, every payer relationship, every CPT code we know (98940–98943) is chiropractic-specific.

Extra charge if a payer rejects and we have to resubmit — that's our problem, not yours
"We built ChiroEnroll because chiropractors deserve the same technology that every other industry takes for granted."
The problem

Every day you wait,
the bleeding gets worse.

Insurance companies won't pay a single claim until you're credentialed. Most services take 2–4 weeks just to start your applications. That delay costs you everything.

$11K
↑ LOST PER MONTH WHILE WAITING

Every month uncredentialed is $11,000 you'll never recover.

That's the industry average for what a new chiropractic practice loses in unbillable revenue during credentialing delays. Multiply by 3–6 months and you understand why speed is everything.

The same data. Entered 12 times.

Medicare wants it. BCBS wants it. Aetna wants it. United wants it. They all ask for the exact same information in 12 different portals. Every competitor makes you provide it 12 times. We collect it once and handle the rest.

"Contact us for a quote."

Every competitor hides their pricing. You have to call, sit through a sales pitch, then wait days for a proposal. We put our price on the nav bar. $1,297. No games. No phone calls.

About ChiroEnroll

Built by credentialing specialists.
Exclusively for DCs.

ChiroEnroll is run by a small team of credentialing specialists who've worked inside healthcare administration and watched chiropractors lose thousands of dollars to broken, outdated processes. We built what we wish had existed.

We're not a general medical billing company that added a chiropractic tab. Every workflow, every payer, every CPT code (98940–98943) is DC-specific. This is all we do.

Frequently asked

Every question you have
answered before you buy.

If something's not covered here, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within one business day.

Can I see patients while my applications are being processed?

+
Yes, you can see patients before your credentialing is complete. However, you cannot bill insurance until each payer approves you. Some payers like Medicare allow retroactive billing once approved — meaning they'll pay claims you held from before your approval date. We'll advise you specifically on which payers in your panel offer retroactive billing and how to hold claims correctly.

How long until I'm actually approved and can start billing?

+
We submit your applications within 48 hours. After that, insurance companies take 60–120 days to process. Medicare is typically 45–65 days. Workers comp boards vary by state — some are 30 days, some are 90+. The key is that the clock starts the moment we submit — which is why submitting fast matters so much. Every week of delay on submission is a week added to when you can start billing.

What if a payer rejects my application?

+
We resubmit at no additional charge. Application errors are our responsibility — if we made a mistake in your application, we fix it and resubmit. If the rejection is due to a payer closing their panel (meaning they're not accepting new providers), we notify you immediately and advise on next steps. We follow up with every payer every 14 days to keep your applications moving and catch issues early.

What is CAQH and do I need to do anything to set it up?

+
CAQH ProView is the universal provider database that most commercial insurance companies use to verify your credentials. Think of it as your master credentialing profile — once it's set up correctly, most payers pull your information directly from it instead of making you fill out separate forms. We create or update your CAQH profile as part of every package. You don't need to do anything — we handle it completely. The one thing you will need to do is log in every 120 days to "attest" that your information is current (CAQH requires this by their rules). Our Monthly plan handles this for you automatically.

Do I need to do anything after I fill out your intake form?

+
Almost nothing. After you submit your intake form and upload your documents, we handle everything. The only time we'll contact you is if a payer requests additional information that wasn't in your original submission — this happens occasionally with Medicare or specific state Medicaid programs. We'll email you exactly what's needed, you reply with the information, and we handle it from there. Other than that, you just log into your dashboard to watch progress and receive email notifications when each payer approves you.

Do you handle workers comp credentialing in my state?

+
Yes — workers comp enrollment is included in the Complete and Group packages for all 50 states. Each state has a separate workers comp board with completely different requirements, forms, and processes. Some states (like Texas) have online portals; others (like many Northeastern states) still use paper applications by mail. We know the specific requirements for every state and handle all of it. Workers comp is a major revenue source for chiropractic practices and is one of the most complicated enrollments — we've done it enough times that it's routine for us.

What documents do I need to provide?

+
The core documents needed are: your chiropractic license (current, not expired), malpractice insurance certificate with your carrier and policy number, NPI Type 1 confirmation letter, voided check for EFT payment setup, W-9, and your DEA certificate if you're applying for DEA-requiring payers. For Medicare, you'll also need your diploma or proof of graduation from an accredited chiropractic program. Everything is uploaded once through our secure intake form — you never need to re-send documents.

What happens after I'm fully credentialed? Do I need to do anything?

+
Once credentialed, three things require ongoing attention: (1) CAQH re-attestation every 120 days — if you miss this, your CAQH profile goes inactive and payers may stop accepting your claims; (2) license renewals — your state chiropractic license needs to be kept current and updated with every payer; (3) re-credentialing every 2–3 years — most payers require you to re-submit your credentials on a cycle. Our $299/month plan handles all three automatically. Most credentialed DCs choose to stay on the monthly plan because missing any of these can cause claims to be denied and revenue to stop.
