These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChiroEnroll's website and credentialing services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

ChiroEnroll provides insurance credentialing and payer enrollment services for licensed chiropractors in the United States. Our services include:

2. 48-Hour Submission Guarantee

We guarantee to submit your insurance applications within 48 business hours of receiving your complete intake form and all required documents. "Complete" means all required fields are filled and all required documents have been uploaded.

If we fail to submit within 48 business hours of receiving your complete intake form, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim this refund, contact us within 7 days of the missed deadline at support@chiroenroll.com.

This guarantee applies to submission only, not to payer approval timelines. Insurance companies independently determine their approval timelines, which typically range from 60 to 180 days. We have no control over payer processing times.

3. What We Do Not Guarantee

ChiroEnroll does not guarantee:

Some insurance panels may be closed to new providers at the time of application. We will notify you if this is the case and advise on alternatives.

To use our services effectively, you agree to:

Providing false information to insurance companies is a federal crime. ChiroEnroll is not responsible for consequences arising from false information provided by clients.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of service selection. We accept payment via Stripe. All prices are in USD.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Refunds are not available once applications have been submitted to payers, as work has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve your concern.

7. Resubmission Policy

If a payer rejects your application due to an error made by ChiroEnroll, we will resubmit at no additional charge. If a rejection is due to information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete, resubmission may require an additional fee.

8. Confidentiality

ChiroEnroll treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your personal, professional, or financial information to any party other than the insurance companies and payers you have authorized us to contact on your behalf. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

ChiroEnroll's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for:

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
